Petersburg-based Bessolo Design Group, Inc., which provides architectural, engineering, and interior design services to a wide range of markets in 17 states. Now under construction, The Villages of Windcrest in Fredericksburg, TX, opens in late 2018 and will also provide assisted living and memory care. With floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, a multitude of walking paths and even a dog park, Tessera of Brandon is a new assisted living and memory care community that boasts a multitude of high-end finishes and amenities not found today in the Brandon market, according to the company. Also under development in the Tampa area is Tessera of Westchase with a sales office opening in June and an anticipated opening of the community in January of 2019.
